ORDERING AND
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy:
Please plan your supplies and orders carefully. All orders
are shipped using UPS. Orders shipping ground normally take
3-7 business days to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays.
The shipping transit time does not include processing time,
which can take 1-2 days. All orders placed will be processed
by the following business day. Please request UPS overnight
or 2nd day delivery for rush orders. Rush orders must be placed
by 2pm PST.
Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a
physical address. UPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON THE WEEKENDS. UPS
will not reimburse shipping costs due to weather delays.
Rush/Express Orders are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for rush orders, we can only guarantee
the date that the shipment will be sent out. Overnight/Rush
orders must be placed before 2pm and will be sent out UPS only.
We close at 5pm M-F PST.
Once an item leaves the warehouse, we
are no longer responsible or liable for the safety or arrival
of your package. We do not have control or power over how USPS
or UPS handles your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping international can take up to 2 weeks for your package
to arrive. All customs information, laws & regulations regarding
shipping goods is the responsibility of the client. Please check
your local customs for the most current information. Any brokerage
fees, customs tax & duties are the responsibility of the
client. Any returned shipments due to failure of paying duties
or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment
from customs is the responsibility of the client. UPS will discard
packages not claimed from customs within 3 weeks. Any unclaimed
packages are not the responsibility of JB Cosmetics.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We
cannot ship orders to Italy due to Customs Regulations.
All orders are shipped FOB
from JB Cosmetics warehouse. This means that once the package
leaves the corporate warehouse, JB Cosmetics is no longer associated
with the client's package.
Shipping can be costly
with UPS. If you would like to ship using a more cost effective
method please use the downloadable
order form and fax your order to us. Shipping costs
will be emailed to you prior to processing your order.
Domestic/International Wholesale Orders:
Certain items require special ordering if out of stock, which
can take up to 1 week or 2 months to replace. We do our best
to manage our inventory, and we will notify the client immediately
if we are out of stock of an item.
For international wholesale orders: Shipping/Transit
time is approximately 7-10 days. If paying using a wire transfer,
this can take 2-3 days for us to receive payment. Wire transfers
cost $20 extra in addition to shipping and handling.
Domestic shipping/transit time is within
1 week. Wire transfers are not necessary or advised with domestic
orders.
Wholesale Orders: All wholesale orders take up to 3 days to
package.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
No REFUNDS except on LashFood Eyelash Conditioner. Only CREDIT
or EXCHANGE is available within 14 days of delivered date. Any
used or damaged items, or items that cannot be re-stocked will
not be accepted for credit or exchange, with the exception of
the adhesives. Accepted refunds will have a 20% restocking fee,
plus shipping and handling fees. All Gift Set Specials are a
Final Sale.
You are purchasing from the distributor
web site www.lashoutpro.com. Every order will be processed and
listed on your credit card statement as LASH OUT LLC. Please
make note of this when making your purchase. JB Cosmetics is
the manufacturer and fulfillment center. All orders will ship
directly from the JB Cosmetics warehouse.
The types of personal information collected
are: name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit/debit
card information and shipping address. We use the information
you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete
that order. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The above
information is kept on a secure file server for ease in re-ordering
and for verification reasons.
We will never use your e-mail address
for anything other than promoting specials or to contact you
regarding a current order. Your phone number is also used to
contact you regarding a current order. Both of which you can
opt-out at any time by calling us at 866-747-7751 or emailing
us at customerservice@lashoutpro.com. Our sites collect cookies
to remember your billing information when ordering online. You
may enter your account information with your email and password
to opt to not have this information saved at any time.
Customer email inquiries sent to customerservice@lashoutpro.com
are responded to within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours weekends.
